As an association for polyurethanes and foamed plastics and as a representative of the interests of our members in the fields of chemistry, chemical processing and mechanical engineering, the topics of chemistry, environment, occupational safety and sustainability are of great importance. Our industry, our association and our member companies are very committed in these areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

At association level, the FSK has drawn up and adopted an association code. The FSK and its members are committed to sustainability, competition conformity, fairness and environmental protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

The committees deepen the topics for individual areas and organise information events and workshops on various subjects. In order to support our member companies in implementing national and European regulations in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection, the Working Group Environment and Occupational Safety meets with experts and authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Our members are also affected by numerous innovations and laws in chemicals policy. In our Working Group REACH\/Chemical Policy, we develop requirements, concepts and proposals, also in international exchange with other associations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

The Recycling and Recovery Committee was established in 2003 and informs our members in regular meetings about new legislations and future expectations in the areas of recycling and recovery.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
