Under the motto &#8220;A world of pioneers&#8221;, the D\u00fcsseldorf trade fair will be opening its doors to experts from the plastics industry from all over the world from 16 to 23 October. Around a quarter of a million international visitors from over 150 countries are expected. &#8220;As a specialist association of the industry and member of the D\u00fcsseldorf trade fair committee, it is a matter of course for the FSK to be present at the world&#8217;s leading trade fair for the plastics industry,&#8221; says Klaus Junginger, FSK Managing Director. In 2019, the Specialist Association Foamed Plastics and Polyurethanes and ten of its members will once again be exhibiting together at a 250 square metre stand in Hall 7a, B26-35 and C25. Co-exhibiting FSK members will be: <strong>ACMOS CHEMIE, BOSIG, Fenos, FreChem, Keil Anlagenbau, Open Hybrid LabFactory, Performance Chemicals, RAMPF Polymer Solutions, R\u00dcHL PUROMER <\/strong>and<strong> sitola | cut technologies. <\/strong>Under the umbrella of the specialist association, these companies will provide answers to questions regarding polyurethane systems and PU processing, PUR plant and cutting technologies as well as PUR casting applications. In the following, the specialist association profiles the co-exhibiting FSK members:<br \/>\n<strong>ACMOS<\/strong> <strong>CHEMIE<\/strong> KG from Bremen has been a global leader in the development and production of release agents, special coatings and cleaning agents for polyurethanes, composites and other plastics for over 50 years. Gingen-based <strong>BOSIG <\/strong>GmbH is a manufacturer and processor of rubber products, melamine resin, polyurethane and polyethylene foams and sees itself as a system partner for industry and acoustics. <strong>Fenos<\/strong> AG, based in Freiberg am Neckar, develops formulations of flexible, integral and filter foams as well as casting compounds for a wide range of applications &#8211; especially for bus\/rail vehicles, automotive applications in the interior and engine compartment as well as for personal protection items. The <strong>FreChem<\/strong> GmbH &amp; Co. KG specializes in the development and manufacture of polyurethane systems for bonding, casting and sealing. Their products are used in a variety of industrial applications. The <strong>Keil Anlagenbau<\/strong> GmbH &amp; Co. KG, based in Hunteburg, has been planning, constructing and maintaining industrial tank farms, production and supply facilities for solid, liquid, water-polluting and other hazardous substances in the chemical and plastics industries for over 40 years. The <strong>Open Hybrid LabFactory e.V.<\/strong> research factory &#8211; of the Lightweight Construction Campus in Wolfsburg &#8211; develops manufacturing and production technologies for functional hybrid lightweight construction that are suitable for mass production. The entire value chain for hybrid components is covered: conceptual design, carbon fibre and textile production, hybrid manufacturing process and recycling. For 25 years, <strong>Nitroil\u00ae Performance Chemicals<\/strong> has been offering a wide range of PU raw materials and well-known PC CAT\u00ae amine and metal catalysts as well as interesting technologies in the field of PU, including patented recycling and upcycling processes, PU in the circular economy, isocyanate-free alternatives for foam and CASE applications and polyurea RIM, spray and casting materials. The company&#8217;s offer is flanked by machine engineering for 2K high-pressure processing machines for PU foams and polyurea systems. The Grafenberg company &#8211; <strong>RAMPF Polymer Solutions<\/strong> GmbH &amp; Co. KG, is a leader in the development and manufacture of reactive plastic systems based on polyurethane, epoxy and silicone. Its product portfolio includes liquid and thixotropic sealing systems, electro casting resins, adhesive systems and hot melt adhesives. <strong>R\u00dcHL PUROMER<\/strong> GmbH is one of the leading independent polyurethane system houses in Central Europe. Under the slogan &#8220;PUre Diversity&#8221; the company develops, produces and sells mostly tailor-made polyurethane (PUR) systems. R\u00dcHL PUROMER uses its broad portfolio of material and technology competence as a supplier of product-oriented system solutions with a focus on the customer&#8217;s product. <strong>Sitola<\/strong> GmbH &amp; Co KG from Freudenberg is a specialist in foam cutting machines for soft and hard foams as well as other insulation materials. The company develops, produces and sells high-quality cutting machines, tools and mechanical and electrical spare parts for the foam industry worldwide. The company also offers machine maintenance, repair and conversion services for existing equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors to the FSK joint stand can therefore expect a wide range of products and services from foam processors and PUR system houses to suppliers of machine and cutting technologies. &#8220;Three years ago, at the last K &#8211; trade fair, the joint stand with our members was so well received and this approach met with such a positive response from all co-exhibiting members and trade fair visitors that it was clear to us that we would stick to this concept in 2019 as well,&#8221; says Junginger. All participants are currently working at top speed on preparations for the &#8220;K&#8221;.
