Charles Stillman, born on 20. 04. 1923 in Euanston\/Illinois, worked for 20 years at Johns Manville Sales Corp. after attending high school and college in 1945. Since 1967 he was involved in foam plastics, became Vice President of UF-Chemical Corp. and later President of Rapco Foam Inc. Stiliman is President of the National Insulation Certification Institute (NICI) and the National Association of Urea Foam Insulation Manufactures (NAUFIM).<\/p>\n
