The FSK
Successful industries need strong specialist organisations as a platform to facilitate exchange and contacts and to represent their interests. The FSK is one of the most important professional associations in its sector in Europe and is the largest national association with its over 60-year tradition.
The Specialist Association Foamed Plastics and Polyurethanes (FSK) is an association of the plastics processing industry, representing a total volume of around 10 billion euros in the polyurethane and foamed plastics industry. The FSK is part of a network of numerous associations, such as the ARGE specialist associations for chemicals, plastics and textiles.
The members of the FSK include commodity companies, machine manufacturers, system houses/formulators and above all processing companies from the material sectors polyurethane, polypropylene, polyethylene, rubber foams, melamine resin foam, PVC foam etc. from the DACH-region and surrounding countries. OEMs such as Volkswagen are also members of the FSK.
