Charles Stillman, born on 20. 04. 1923 in Euanston/Illinois, worked for 20 years at Johns Manville Sales Corp. after attending high school and college in 1945. Since 1967 he was involved in foam plastics, became Vice President of UF-Chemical Corp. and later President of Rapco Foam Inc. Stiliman is President of the National Insulation Certification Institute (NICI) and the National Association of Urea Foam Insulation Manufactures (NAUFIM).
This testimonial of honour is bestowed in recognition of this achievement in pioneering and introducing Urea Formaldehyde foam to USA thereby creating a new industry.
